Everybody loves ordering Horton’s Pizza, but for the nights when you’re feeling fancy and want to do it
yourself, read on for the best pizza crust recipe. Seriously, it’s so good you’ll think you ordered Horton’s
pizza—almost.

Most homemade pizza recipes call for a ready-made dough, but tonight we’re going old school.

Ingredients
1 (1/2 tablespoon) package yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup warm water
3 cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil

 

Directions
Ready in 1 hour
Makes one pizza
Serves 8

 

Step 1:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water
Step 2:
Beat in ½ flour
Step 3:
Add salt, oil and rest of flour
Step 4:
Let rise in oiled bowl
Step 5:
Place on greased pan
Step 6:
Add sauce, cheese, and any other desired toppings
Step 7:

 

Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes until crust is brown.
